Christian Marketplace Network Pittsburgh OhioChristian Marketplace Network, (CMN-USA) has around 20 chapters in Pittsburgh, Cincinnati and other cities in Ohio, U.S.A. Its mission is to provide a forum where ‘Christians can connect and support one another on a consistent basis.’ In its members’ covenant CMN-USA states its purpose, vision, statement, standards and conditions of admission to the network which helps to ensure that the integrity of the organisation is maintained by those who join. Membership offers a number of benefits. The Christian Marketplace Network provides members with opportunities to network and present their businesses to fellow Christian business people through access to its entire network and unlimited participation in any of the chapters. Monthly meetings are held either over breakfast or lunch and last an hour and a half, with opportunities for networking before and after.
Members have the opportunity to list their business on the CMN-USA website where they can also advertise jobs vacant and jobs wanted and in some areas there are regional membership directories. There are also discounts available on members’ products and services, trade shows and events and appearances on Christian Radio. There are membership fees which are discounted according to the number of members who join from each organisation and there is a variable charge for attendance at each event.
